About Me
I am a third year Computer Science Co-op student at Brock University in St. Catharines, ON, with a passion for full stack development, cloud, and networking.
I am currently working as a Technical Systems Analyst Co-op within CIBC’s Managed Desktop Contact Centre Non-Production team.

Experience
Recognizing a potential to optimize my team’s workflow, I developed a .NET WinForms app using the Microsoft Playwright library to automate the configuration of OS Image builds. Our team had no central repository to store the tools we use, leading to me spearheading the adoption and migration of our tools to CIBC’s Enterprise Github.
By providing a high level of customer service through my extensive knowledge of Consumer Electronics, as well as BCE Mobility and Residential services, I was able to deliver an excellent customer experience. I consistently achieved and exceeded mobility, residential, and consumer electronics sales targets.
Through coordination with other staff, I was able to enforce and maintain safety protocols within the pool facility. I also taught and supervised swimming lessons for patrons, from Parent and Tot, up to Adult age groups.

Projects
Home Network
Deployed a Unifi network with a OPNSense router for home use. I also currently host a Plex server for personal media consumption and am currently planning an optimal network layout for our new house.
Personal Virtual Private Server
Hosted an Ubuntu-based virutal private server through Oracle Cloud. I deployed AAPanel to handle website and file hosting and implemented Git to easily deploy changes.
DIY Electric Longboard
Built an electric longboard to commute between school, work, and home. Assembled components and housed them in custom Kydex casing.
